Compass Concierge is a program that lets eligible sellers fund the improvements that help a home sell for more, with the cost paid back at closing. It’s one of the most useful tools I have, and I use it often.
How it works

I identify the improvements that will actually move the needle for buyers in your specific neighborhood and price point — and skip the ones that won’t.

Compass covers the upfront cost
Eligible services are paid through the program. No interest, no fees, no monthly payments while the home is on the market.

The work gets done
I coordinate vetted vendors and manage the timeline so the home hits the market looking its best.

You repay at closing
The Concierge costs are settled from the proceeds of the sale — or, under program terms, when the listing agreement ends.
