What I collect

When you submit a form on this site, I collect the information you provide — typically your name, email, phone number, a property address, and your message. The site also uses privacy-respecting analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that do not use cookies to track you across sites. If Google Analytics is enabled, it may set cookies; you can opt out via your browser settings.

How I use it

To respond to your inquiry, provide real estate services you request, and — if you ask — keep you updated on listings and market information. I do not sell your personal information.

Storage and security

Form submissions are stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure and delivered to my email. Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.

Third parties

Information may be shared with my brokerage, Compass, and with service providers (such as email and hosting) strictly to deliver the services described above, or as required by law.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing liz@lizpoladsky.com.
